Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your LiveART image upon receipt, you may return it within ten business days for a full refund or exchange (if available).

We do require that you contact us at (info@liveart.ca) before sending any item back. We are unable to return shipping fees in the event of an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
